A leading global building consultancy are looking to attract a Senior Cost Manager in their Edinburgh office. With a number of high value projects due to start in the new year they are looking to strengthen their Commercial team and bring in an experienced Cost Manager.
Our client is a highly regarded and renowned global consultancy with expertise providing first class commercial and project management services to their clients across the building and infrastructure sectors.
Ideally you will be a Chartered Surveyor or progressing through your APC and have cost management experience across a variety of sectors and projects. With clients across the Retail, Residential, Commercial , Education, Healthcare, Public Sector and MOD sectors, there are exciting opportunities to work on either a specific sector or across a diverse portfolio.
Your Salary as a Senior Cost Manager will depend on your experience, professional qualifications and ability to demonstrate your commercial and management expertise but will be in the region of £45,000- £55,000 plus Package.
The position is based in Edinburgh City Centre but there will be a flexible approach to working from home and managing your own diary.
