Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to fast track their career by joining one of the UK’s largest residential developers, this position is based in Edinburgh and offers a salary in the region of £37,000-£45,000 plus benefits.

One of the UK’s most successful volume house builders has an immediate opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor. This position could appeal to Surveyors from Intermediate level through to experienced Project and Senior Surveyors.

You will be joining an experienced commercial team responsible for delivering all commercial aspects for residential developments across the East of Scotland, their diverse portfolio includes bespoke luxury homes , large multi-storey flatted developments and more traditional but large multi-phased developments.

Salary is in the region of £40,000-£45,000, Car Allowance, Comprehensive Benefits and Bonus Scheme. In addition to the salary and package you will get flexibility to plan your day to day duties- including working hours and planned visits to site – all of which should cut down on travel and allow for a more flexible work/life balance.

To be considered you will ideally possess:

  • Experience within the new build Residential Sector delivering Private and Social housing
  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience across the wider Construction Industry with a main contractor will also be considered
